1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and hybet (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at hybet.bid (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of hybet after any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with hybet, including but not limited to: account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting markets, eligibility for bonuses and promotions, and use of all customer support services. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotions, and those additional terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

1.2 Language of Agreement

The authoritative version of these Terms & Conditions is the English-language version. hybet operates an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation and the English text, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.3 Acceptance by Registration

Completing the hybet registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration constitutes your formal acceptance of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated herein by reference. You may not register for an account if you do not accept these terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of hybet products and services, you must register for a personal player account. Registration is free of charge. The following eligibility criteria must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use a hybet account. This requirement is non-negotiable and is strictly enforced. hybet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any funds held in that account will be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on hybet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. hybet uses automated systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated while using a duplicate account may be forfeited at the Company's sole discretion.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your identity document, your date of birth, your Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, hybet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at the time of registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point during your account lifetime at hybet's reasonable request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. hybet will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify hybet support immediately. You are advised to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account wherever available.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the hybet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hybet supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve the Bangladesh market. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hybet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary from time to time. hybet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hybet account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing bank.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka. Deposits in other currencies are not accepted.
• Personal Accounts Only: You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• No Cash Deposits: hybet does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. hybet does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirement checks.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC verification if identity documents have not previously been approved. Players are advised to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and will be communicated through your account dashboard. Limits are subject to change at hybet's discretion.

3.4 Responsible Funds Management

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the nature of gambling before depositing funds. hybet strongly recommends that players set personal deposit limits through the account management tools available on the Platform. Only deposit funds that you can afford to lose.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

hybet offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your hybet account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion will specify whether it is available to new players, existing players, or both.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk (hedging), exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus mechanics, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where hybet reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, forfeit any winnings generated through abuse, and permanently suspend the player's account.

4.4 Seasonal & Special Promotions

hybet periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are valid only for the stated promotional period. Seasonal promotions cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules govern participation in all games and betting markets available on the hybet Platform, including casino games, live casino tables, sports betting, and crash games.

5.1 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, andar bahar, dragon tiger, and all other table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or are conducted by live dealers operating under the rules of their respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). The rules of each individual game are accessible within the game interface. By launching a game, you confirm that you understand and accept those game rules.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on hybet — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Pre-match bets are settled based on the final official result of the relevant fixture. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted.

• Bet Acceptance: hybet reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum single bet stake is ৳50 unless otherwise specified for a particular market.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, or where odds were published in error.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority shall be final.
• Palpable Errors: Bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system or human error may be voided by hybet. Winnings resulting from palpable errors will not be paid out.

5.3 Fair Play Obligation

All players are required to participate in games and betting markets in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage — including through the use of automated betting software, bots, exploit strategies, or collusion with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hybet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Identity Fraud: Registering using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods for deposits.
• Money Laundering: Using hybet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. hybet complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences between hybet's odds and those of other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports bets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: As defined in Section 4.3 of this Agreement.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your hybet account, or using another player's account credentials.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software glitches, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions on the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hybet staff or other players via any communication channel.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

hybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following section outlines the circumstances under which account action may be taken, and the process for voluntary account closure.

7.1 Suspension by hybet

hybet may immediately suspend or restrict access to a player account — without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Detection of duplicate account activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Player has been identified as under 18 years of age.
• Player is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Ongoing regulatory inquiry or legal proceedings involving the account.

7.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your hybet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a written request for account closure. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures. Any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts closed voluntarily may be re-opened on request, subject to hybet's approval.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether by hybet or by your own request — this Agreement shall terminate with respect to future use of the Platform, except that all provisions relating to prior transactions, outstanding disputes, and the Company's rights to investigate past activity shall survive termination and remain in full force and effect.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hybet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or casino game outcomes.
• Technical interruptions, Platform downtime, or errors in game or betting software that prevent access or affect the outcome of a game or bet.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform.
• Events beyond hybet's reasonable control (force majeure) including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or cyber attacks.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hybet makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

9 Responsible Gaming Obligations

hybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment. The following section sets out both the Company's obligations and your obligations as a player with respect to responsible gaming.

9.1 Player Obligations

As a condition of using hybet, you agree to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with the following obligations:

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on this Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and hybet with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
